Provided are a test method for predicting liver metastasis of gastric cancer, a test kit, and a screening method for a drug that selectively acts on liver metastasis. By using SYT7, MFSD4, and ETNK2 whose expression specifically changes in liver metastasis from gastric cancer as an index, prediction of postoperative liver metastasis and molecular target therapeutic drug can be screened.胃癌の肝転移を予測する検査方法、検査キット、及び肝転移に選択的に作用する医薬のスクリーニング方法を提供する。胃癌肝転移で特異的に発現が変化しているＳＹＴ７、ＭＦＳＤ４、ＥＴＮＫ２を指標とすることにより、術後の肝転移の予測や、分子標的治療薬をスクリーニングすることができる。
