PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform intraoperative management of operative equipment easily and reliably and achieve both safety of a patient and effective management of an operative room.SOLUTION: In an intraoperative management device 4 of operative equipment in an operative field, a code reader 9c reads a two-dimensional symbol 3a identifying operative equipment 3 and the operative equipment 3 corresponding thereto is displayed on a read equipment display screen 16b as operative equipment paid out to the operative field in a list. Thus, the operative equipment 3 paid out to the operative field can be reliably grasped if the read equipment display screen 16b is seen. Therefor, if the operative equipment 3 paid out is confirmed not to be present, the operative equipment 3 paid out to the operative field is meant to be missing.
