PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide decontaminating soap for finger cleaning, which enables anybody to easily decontaminate radioactive materials deposited on skin of hands, has a high decontamination effect and does not peel nail polish and fashion nails.SOLUTION: The decontaminating soap for finger cleaning contains 50 wt.% or less of nonionic surfactant, 15 wt.% or less of orange oil, 50 wt.% or less of synthetic zeolite, 50 wt.% or less of chelate agent, and water as the remainder relative to 100 wt.% of total composition. The nonionic surfactant is a surfactant being not ionic, the orange oil contains 90 to 94% of limonene, the synthetic zeolite is of the A type, the X type, the MFI type, the CHA (chabazite) type, or the mordenite type, and the chelate agent is neutral or alkaline.
