To widely provide a high-quality early detection method and preventive medical care for ophthalmic diseases.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic examination support system stores in advance associated information in which medical information of a prescribed item and examination conditions including light quantity and/or wavelength of slit lamp imaging are associated, and acquires from the associated information the examination conditions corresponding to at least a part of the medical information searched by a server on the basis of patient information transmitted from a client. The client controls the slit lamp on the basis of the acquired examination conditions. The server receives and stores the medical information including the slit cross-sectional image transmitted together with the patient information from each client, and updates the associated information by statistically processing the stored medical information of a plurality of patients.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】質の高い眼科疾患の早期発見法や予防医療を広く提供する。【解決手段】実施形態の眼科検査支援システムは、所定項目の医療情報とスリットランプ撮影の光量及び／又は波長を含む検査条件とが関連付けられた関連情報を予め記憶し、クライアントから送信された患者情報に基づきサーバが検索した医療情報の少なくとも一部に対応する検査条件を関連情報から取得する。クライアントは、取得された検査条件に基づきスリットランプの制御を行う。サーバは、各クライアントから患者情報とともに送信されたスリット断面像を含む医療情報を受信して格納し、格納されている複数の患者の医療情報を統計的に処理することにより関連情報を更新する。【選択図】図２
