The Toona sinensis extract has the ability to inhibit growth or reproduction of bacteria and also to prevent corruption, color change and acidification of foods. So that, it can replace commercial ingredients and be applied to antibacterial, pharmaceutical composition or preservative that can prevent food corruption.
