PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new pharmaceutical composition, more concretely, a pharmaceutical composition useful as an anti-inflammatory composition.SOLUTION: The combined use of tranexamic acid or its salt and bromhexine or its salt is newly found that bromhexine or its salt enhances the anti-inflammatory action of tranexamic acid or its salt. (1) The pharmaceutical composition for enhancing an anti-inflammatory action comprises tranexamic acid and bromhexine hydrochloride.
