The present invention relates to a novel antimicrobial peptide derived from an LL37 peptide and a use thereof. The antimicrobial peptide of the present invention shows excellent antimicrobial activity against gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, and antibiotic-resistant bacteria and exhibits low cytotoxicity against cells from mice and humans, and therefore, the antimicrobial peptide may be utilized as an active ingredient of antibiotics, cosmetic compositions, food additives, feed additives, and biological pesticides for antimicrobial use.La présente invention concerne un nouveau peptide antimicrobien dérivé du peptide LL37, et une utilisation associée. Le peptide antimicrobien selon la présente invention a une excellente activité antimicrobienne contre des bactéries à Gram positif, des bactéries à Gram négatif et des bactéries résistantes aux antibiotiques et présente une faible cytotoxicité contre des cellules provenant de souris et d'humains, et par conséquent, le peptide antimicrobien peut être utilisé en tant que principe actif dans des antibiotiques, des compositions cosmétiques, des additifs alimentaires, des additifs d'aliments pour animaux et des pesticides biologiques pour une utilisation antimicrobienne.본 발명은 LL37 펩타이드로부터 유래한 신규 항균 펩타이드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 항균 펩타이드는 그람 양성균, 그람 음성균 및 항생제 내성균에 대해 우수한 항균활성을 보이며, 쥐 및 인간 유래 세포에 대해 낮은 세포독성을 나타내어, 항균용 항생제, 화장료 조성물, 식품 첨가제, 사료 첨가제 및 생물 농약의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
