The present invention relates to a traction apparatus for partially pulling joints, comprising: A) an upper body traction unit which includes: a jaw fixing unit which fixes the head at an upper portion of a support a belt which fixes the chest and the back on a back portion of the support nodes connected with hinges and pipe nuts which are fixed at the nodes and extended therefrom and connected to screws of the support to connect the upper body traction unit to the support and B) a lower body traction unit which includes: an ankle fixing unit which fixes the ankles at an upper portion of the support a belt which fixes the chest and the back on a back portion of the support nodes connected with hinges and pipe nuts which are fixed at the nodes and extended therefrom and connected to screws of the support to connect the lower body traction unit to the support. The nodes of the upper and lower traction units are connected symmetrically at opposite portions of the support, and a cover is fixed to a bearing to cover the pipe screws.
