PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seaweed seeding device capable of seeding a desired location by suppressing outflow of seeds without requiring work labor.SOLUTION: The seeding device 1 includes a member 2 for accumulating bottom mud and a sowing machine 3 provided inside the member 2 for accumulating bottom mud arranged in an ocean bed F. The member 2 for accumulating bottom mud can tow by connecting to a boat and a seeding hole 21s is formed in a bottom wall thereof. In the sowing machine 3, a seed S of seaweed is accommodated.
