A method for producing a stretchable sheet comprises a step of applying adhesives (9, 10) to one or both of a pair of belt-shaped sheets (50, 60), and an integration step of joining the belt-shaped sheets (50, 60) with a thread-shaped elastic body (7) conveyed by a conveyance means (16), and integrally pressurizing the belt-shaped sheets with the thread-shaped elastic body (7) interposed therebetween to obtain a stretchable sheet (30A), and the condition for joining in the integration step between the pair of belt-shaped sheets (50, 60) is made different between the adhesive (9) for forming a central joint and the adhesive (10) for forming an end joint. For example, the pair of belt-shaped sheets (50, 60) is introduced between a pair of rolls (181, 182) and pressurized, and a roll having different pressures to be applied to the pair of belt-shaped sheets (50, 60) in a portion for pressurizing the adhesive (10) for forming the central joint and a portion for pressurizing the adhesive (9) for forming the end joint is used for the pair of rolls.
