HEAT-RETAINING FLOWER BED AND PLANTER ESTABLISHING SURFACE STRENGTH AND LIGHT WEIGHT BY DIRECTLY STICKING BRICKS, TILES OR THE LIKE TO THE OUTER SURFACE OF FOAMED RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat-retaining flower bed and a planter that can avoid freezing during the winter, freely change their layouts with increased handleability by directly sticking this bricks to the outer surface of a molded pot formed of a resin foam and securing the strength of the pot and retaining its high thermal insulation while the weight of the pot is lightened. SOLUTION: A flower bed or planter prepared by molding or assembling a resin foam material 1 is stuck with thin bricks 2, tiles, glass, cloth, paper or vinyl resin directly on the surface. For easy sticking of thin bricks, tiles and the like, a guide showing the sticking positions are provided on the surfaces of the resin foam material 1. In addition, the flower bed or planter is produced by one-piece molding or formed as a combinational structure whereby the appearance and dimension can be readily adjusted and the shape can also be varied.
