A dialysis device is provided comprising a disposable housing having a dialysate flow path along which dialysate received from a patient is subjected to contaminant removal when in operation, wherein said disposable housing comprises a storage chamber in fluid communication with the dialysate flow path for storing the dialysate therein； a controller for controlling the operation of said disposable housing； an interface means capable of operably coupling the controller and the disposable housing to enable the contaminant removal from the dialysate, and a fluid displacement means configured to move the dialysate along the dialysate flow path, wherein said fluid displacement means comprises a deformable diaphragm integrally formed with at least one wall of said storage chamber, wherein the flow path is fluidly sealed from the controller and interface means. A method of dialysis, a dialysis system and kits are also provided.L'invention porte sur un dispositif de dialyse comprenant un boîtier jetable ayant un trajet d'écoulement de dialysat le long duquel un dialysat reçu d'un patient est soumis à une élimination de contaminants lorsqu'il est en fonctionnement, ledit boîtier jetable comprenant une chambre de stockage en communication fluidique avec le trajet d'écoulement de dialysat pour le stockage du dialysat dans celle-ci ； un contrôleur pour commander le fonctionnement dudit boîtier jetable ； un moyen d'interface apte à coupler de manière fonctionnelle le contrôleur et le boîtier jetable, afin de permettre l'élimination de contaminants du dialysat, et un moyen de déplacement de fluide configuré pour déplacer le dialysat le long du trajet d'écoulement de dialysat, ledit moyen de déplacement de fluide comprenant un diaphragme déformable formé d'un seul tenant avec au moins une paroi de ladite chambre de stockage, le trajet d'écoulement étant scellé de manière fluidique à partir du contrôleur et du moyen d'interface.
