PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which binds itself to a metal and regulates/inhibits function of metalloenzymes, in particular lanosterol demethylase (CYP 51), has a bactericidal action against fungi and has a protective action against ascomycetes, basidiomycetes, imperfect fungi and oomycetes, or a composition comprising said compound.SOLUTION: A compound exemplified by the following formula is used as a therapeutic agent for the above-mentioned diseases.EFFECT: It is useful as a pesticide, in combination with an insecticide as a fungicide against fungi in plants, especially in agricultural crops. It may also be used for the treatment of metallic enzyme mediated disorders or diseases, especially for the treatment of cancers, cardiovascular diseases, inflammatory diseases, infectious diseases, central nervous system (CNS) diseases, systemic fungal infections, onychomycosis, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】金属に結合し、金属酵素の機能調節剤、特にラノステロールデメチラーゼ（ＣＹＰ５１）を調節・阻外する化合物であり、真菌に対する殺菌作用を有し、子嚢菌、担子菌、不完全菌類及び、卵菌に対する保護作用を有する化合物、又は前記化合物を含む組成物の提供。【解決手段】例えば下記式にて例示される化合物を上記疾患の治療薬として使用する。【効果】植物とりわけ、農作物における真菌類に対する殺菌剤として、亦殺虫剤を併用して、農薬として有用である。亦、金属酵素媒介障害又は疾患に対する処置、とりわけ癌、循環器疾患、炎症性疾患、感染性疾患、中枢神経系（ＣＮＳ）疾患、全身性真菌感染症、爪真菌症等の処置に用いることができる。【選択図】なし
