The present invention relates to methods, models and calculator devices for predicting dosage and/or response in an individual. The methods, models and calculator devices of the invention are especially useful for predicting the dosage and/or response in patients receiving anticoagulant treatment, such as treatment with vitamin K antagonists, in particular treatment with warfarin.La présente invention concerne des méthodes, des modèles et des dispositifs de calcul pour la prédiction du dosage et/ou de la réponse chez un individu.
