PURPOSE: An automatic seedling transplantation apparatus is provided to compactly mount simple structures and to enhance accuracy of seedling transplantation. CONSTITUTION: An automatic seedling transplantation apparatus comprises: a power transmission unit(400) which receives power from a mission device and drives； a seedling extraction unit(500) which receives power from the power transmission unit through a first driving link and handles seedlings； and a seedling transplantation unit(600) which receives power from the power transmission unit through a second driving link and paves the ground. The power transmission unit comprises: a first power transmission unit which operates the seedling extraction unit； a second power transmission unit which operates by being coupled to the first power transmission unit； and a third power transmission unit which operates the seedling transplantation unit.본 발명은 미션장치와 모종탑재판이 구성된 모종이식기계에 설치되어 모종을 자동으로 이식하는 모종 이식 자동 작동장치에 관한 것으로, 미션장치에서 동력을 전달받아 구동하는 동력전달부； 제1구동링크를 통해 동력전달부에서 동력을 전달받아 모종탑재판의 모종을 취급하는 모종취출부； 제2구동링크를 통해 동력전달부에서 동력을 전달받아 땅을 파는 모종이식부；로 구성되어 하나의 동력전달부를 통해 모종취출부와 모종이식부가 동시에 작동되는 것에 특징이 있으며, 본 발명을 이용하면, 모종취출부와 모종이식부를 하나의 동력전달부로 구동시킴으로써, 간단한 구조로 콤팩트하게 설치할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 모종이식의 정확도를 높일 수 있고, 탄성수단의 탄성력에 의해 클러치결합을 이루는 구성으로 인해 과도한 부하 발생시에도 파손이 방지된다.
