A hand-driven forage chopper is disclosed comprising: a piano-type housing having an open bottom that serves as discharge chutes, a plurality of leg support attached to the housing, a planar surface secured at the top portion of said housing being provided with side panels that serves as a hopper, a cutting chamber with hinged cover secured inside said housing includes a plurality of steady blades arranged spacedly to each other in an inclined formation, a rotating shaft disposed inside said housing wherein each distal ends is provided with flywheel having lever handle and a plurality of cutting blades attached to said shaft spacedly arranged in communication to said steady blades.
