PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption promotor stimulating percutaneous absorption of a drug and containing a highly safe higher fatty acid triglyceride with less irritation to the skin, and to provide a skin treatment pharmaceutical preparation and the percutaneous absorption type pharmaceutical preparation, containing the higher fatty acid glyceride.SOLUTION: This percutaneous absorption promotor contains a higher fatty acid triglyceride of 14C or more and can stimulate percutaneous absorption of a drug by application before use of a medicant drug.
