Acadesine derivatives as a drug, as well as the derivatives for the treatment of cancer and in particular for the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia are described. Also, product containing the derivatives and at least one second active ingredient as a combination product for simultaneous, separate or sequential administration, in the treatment of cancer, as well as a pharmaceutical composition containing the derivatives and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier are described. Finally, a method for inhibiting the in vitro cell proliferation including the placement of an in vitro cell in contact with the derivatives and methods for synthesis of said derivatives and methods for synthesis of the derivatives are described.L'invention concerne des dérivés de l'acadésine à titre de médicament, ainsi que lesdits dérivés pour le traitement du cancer et notamment pour le traitement de la leucémie myéloïde chronique (LMC). L'invention concerne également un produit contenant lesdits dérivés et au moins un deuxième actif comme produit de combinaison pour une administration simultanée, séparée ou étalée dans le temps, dans le traitement du cancer, ainsi qu'une composition pharmaceutique comprenant lesdits dérivés et un support pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Enfin, l'invention concerne un procédé d'inhibition de la prolifération cellulaire in vitro comprenant la mise en contact d'une cellule in vitro avec lesdits dérivés et des procédés de synthèse desdits dérivés.
