According to the present invention, the LED color temperature control system comprises: an LED lighting device in which a plurality of LEDs emit light and are controlled； and an LED color temperature control device detecting sunrise and sunset in accordance with brightness changes to the surroundings and providing the LED lighting device with control information which changes the color temperature of the LED from sunset to sunrise in accordance with a set time or interval. The LED color temperature control device comprises: an LED connection unit providing a control signal to the LED lighting device； an illumination detection and determination unit receiving brightness change information of surroundings and detecting sunset and sunrise states； a color temperature generation unit generating color temperature information for mixing colors during a section from sunset to midnight and a section from midnight to sunrise after the illumination detection and determination unit detects the sunset； and a control signal generation unit generating a control signal about the brightness and color temperature of the LED based on the color temperature information.
