The handle assembly comprises a first handle (1) and a second handle (2), and only the movement of the second handle (2) can trigger the anastomat to perform cutting and stitching actions. The doctor can press the first handle (1) regardless of whether or not the anastomat has reached a triggerable position； however, when the anastomat does not reach the triggerable state, the first handle (1) will not drive the second handle (2), so that the anastomat will not be triggered.
