The present invention relates to a power-saving smart electrical fence system. More specifically, the present invention relates to an electrical fence which prevents trespass of wild animals or escape of livestock raised in farms to the outside, by apply high voltage to a fence wire. According to the present invention, a contact sensing device which can be used as a signaling wire as well as contact sensing wire disposed on the fence wire, and operates only when coming into contact with animals, thereby minimizing power consumption. Accordingly, the electrical fence provides a power-saving system in that the electrical fence can be used over a year with a 4 FM battery for flashlight if covering up 1-2 km of fences.본 발명은 초절전 스마트 전기울타리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 고전압을 울타리 도선(wire)에 인가하여 야생동물의 침입을 막거나, 또는 농장에 가두어서 기르는 가축이 밖으로 나가지 못하게 하는 전기울타리에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 울타리 도선을 접촉감지선 및 신호선으로 겸용하는 접촉감지장치를 배치하여 동물이 접촉했을 때만 동작하도록 하여 전력소모를 최소화할 수 있는 효과가 있어, 1~2 킬로미터 정도의 울타리를 커버하는 경우 4FM 랜턴건전지 한 개로 1년 이상 사용이 가능한 초절전형 시스템을 제공하는 효과를 발휘하게 된다.
