PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable action-assist device and a method for controlling the supply power by which energy saving efficiency can be improved by using only a proper amount of power when the power is needed.SOLUTION: The wearable action-assist device includes: an assisting power providing device which has a motor for providing an assisting power a means for detecting the wearers will an assisting power provision control means which generates motor control signals and a motor driving circuit which outputs instruction signals to the motor.
