Disclosed are a system and a method for mobile diagnosis and treatment. The system comprises a ward terminal provided with a camera (112) used for collecting patient information and sending out the patient information through a network and a mobile diagnosis and treatment terminal used for receiving the patient information sent in by the ward terminal, and also used for sending diagnostic information from healthcare personnel to the ward terminal through the network. The method is a mobile diagnosis and treatment method based on the above-described system. The system allows healthcare personnel to remotely view patients conditions in a timely manner so that timely monitoring, diagnosis and treatment can be performed.Cette invention concerne un système et un procédé de diagnostic et de traitement mobile. Le système comprend un terminal de salle dhôpital équipé dune caméra (112) servant à collecter des données patient et à transmettre lesdites données patient par lintermédiaire dun réseau et un terminal de diagnostic et de traitement mobile servant à recevoir les données patient envoyées par le terminal de salle, et servant également à transmettre les données de diagnostic en provenance du personnel de santé au terminal de salle par lintermédiaire du réseau. Le système permet au personnel de santé de visualiser à distance les conditions du patient de manière opportune de façon quun monitorage, diagnostic et traitement opportuns puissent être établis.
