A smart belt according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a buckle comprising a buckle electronic device for detecting a circumferential length, a pressure, and an inclination of a wearing portion and providing sensing information to a user electronic device； and a band connected to the buckle and surrounding the wearing portion, wherein the buckle electronic device comprises a sensor unit for sensing a circumferential length, pressure, and inclination of the wearing portion and a communication unit for providing sensing information of the sensor unit to the user electronic device.
