A manufacturing method of bamboo coal patch with infrared function comprises: heating several bamboos in a heating room to dry these bamboos until a water content of the bamboos is under 15% increasing the temperature in the heating room continually with an average heating rate of 5~7 ℃ per hour till 650~750℃ keeping the temperature for at least 12 hours stopping heating and sealing the heating room to cool the heating room acquiring several bamboo coals after 9~11 days selecting the bamboo coals with refining degree 0~2 pulverizing the selected bamboo coals into bamboo coal powder and mixing the bamboo coal powder with an adhesive to get a mixture, smearing the mixture on a carrier to obtain bamboo coal patch.本發明係提供一種具遠紅外線竹炭貼布之製作方法,包含有:將數根生竹材放入一加熱室,並對該生竹材進行乾燥,使該生竹材之含水量降至15%以下;再將該加熱室進行持續升溫加熱,且平均升溫速率為每小時5~7℃,直至該加熱室溫度提升至650~750℃;維持該加熱室溫度650~750℃至少12小時;停止加熱動作並將該加熱室封閉,使該加熱室溫度持續下降,經過9~11天後獲得數根竹炭;由該竹炭中篩選出精煉度達0~2之竹炭;將篩選所得之竹炭研磨成竹炭粉末,並將該竹炭粉末與一附著劑混合形成一混合物,將該混合物塗佈於一背襯上,以獲得一竹炭貼布。
