PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus which can generate dose distribution in response to an irradiation position using an area dosimeter.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus 1 includes: a support mechanism 9 movably supporting an X-ray tube 5 generating X-rays several times in a prescribed time frame and an X-ray detector 7 detecting the X-rays passing through a subject; a bed 15 having a top plate 151 where the subject is placed; a dosimeter 13 measuring a total dose during the time frame; a dose determination part 25 determining a plurality of doses each corresponding to generation of the X-rays in the time frame on the basis of the total dose and X-ray irradiation conditions; a dose distribution generation part 27 generating dose distribution on the basis of the position of the support mechanism 9, the position of the bed 15 and the dose; and a display part 31 displaying the dose distribution.【課題】照射位置に応じた線量分布を、面積線量計を用いて発生可能なX線診断装置の提供。【解決手段】本実施形態に係るX線診断装置1は、所定の期間内に複数回に亘ってX線を発生するX線管5と、被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出器7とを移動可能に支持する支持機構9と、被検体が載置される天板151を有する寝台15と、期間に亘る総線量を計測する線量計測器13と、総線量とX線照射条件とに基づいて期間におけるX線の発生にそれぞれ対応する複数の線量を決定する線量決定部25と、支持機構9の位置と寝台15の位置と線量とに基づいて、線量分布を発生する線量分布発生部27と、線量分布を表示する表示部31と、を具備する。【選択図】図1
