The present invention relates to a hydrogel patch-type composition for ameliorating atopic dermatitis containing and releasing a lacquer tree extract as an active ingredient. By containing the lacquer tree extract as the active ingredient, it is possible to favorably deliver the same to affected area consistently. By means of hydrogel made of pullulan capable of preventing skin dryness, the composition can be used for ameliorating atopic dermatitis for a long time.본 발명은 옻나무 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유 및 방출하는 아토피성 피부염 개선용 하이드로겔 패치형 조성물에 관한 것으로, 옻나무 추출물을 유효성분으로 하여 환부에 지속적으로 원활히 전달시키는 한편, 피부의 건조를 방지하는 기능을 하는 플루란(pullulan) 소재의 하이드로겔을 통해 장시간에 걸쳐 아토피성 피부염 개선에 사용할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
