Disclosed by the present invention are a cosmetic composition and a producing method thereof which are able to make beautiful and clean skin by the revival of cell tissues, blood circulation, and the excretion of harmful waste in a body since the present invention is able to perform resonation by penetrating human cells evenly due to waves, far infrared rays, anions, etc. emitted from nephrite. For the above, the cosmetic composition comprises 34 to 49 wt% of nephrite nanoemulsion, 50 to 65 wt% of floral water and 0.3 to 1 wt% of essential oil.
