1. The catheter assembly, comprising: a catheter having a front end and a rear end and containing a main lumen extending between the front end and the rear end; an expandable device located on the front end of the catheter, the expandable device having a compressed configuration for the endoluminal delivery of the expandable device to the treatment site and the expanded configuration, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the compressed configuration; the primary sleeve wrapped around the perimeter around the expandable device, the primary sleeve being a sheet of material having a first and second main surface and several holes extending from the first main surface to the second main surface; an primary connecting member cooperating with holes for releasably connecting sheet portions to each other to hold the expandable device in a compressed configuration; and at least one control thread passing through the main lumen of the catheter and located at least between the expandable device and the primary sleeve to provide selective bending of the expandable device and non-concentric abutment of the expandable device relative to the catheter. 2. The catheter assembly of claim 1, wherein the at least one control thread starts at the distal end of the expandable device on the external curve of the expandable device, and at least one control thread ends at the proximal end of the expandable device on the internal curve of the expandable device and wherein at least one control thread spirals between the distal end and the proximal end to the inside1.
