The present invention relates to a microjet drug delivery apparatus and a drug delivery method using the same. The microjet drug delivery apparatus comprises a microjet drug spray spraying a drug stored inside in a microjet form, and a laser generator irradiating laser on the skin where the drug is injected through the microjet drug spray. The apparatus irradiates laser on a drug injection part on the skin to remove the epidermis, and sprays and injects the drug in a microjet form on the removed part, thereby efficiently injecting the drug into the dermis of the skin, and efficiently injecting the drug into the dermis in the skin by spraying in the microjet form even on a part with a dead skin cell layer.본 발명은, 마이크로젯 약물 전달 장치 및 이를 이용한 약물 전달 방법에 관한 것으로, 내부에 저장된 약물을 마이크로젯 형태로 분사하는 마이크로젯 약물 분사 기기와 상기 마이크로젯 약물 분사 기기를 통해 약물이 투입되는 피부로 레이저를 조사하는 레이저 발생기를 포함하여 피부의 약물 투입부분에 레이저를 조사하여 표피를 제거한 후 제거된 부분에 약물을 마이크로젯 형태로 분사하여 투입함으로써, 마이크로젯 분사를 통해 더 효율적으로 약물을 피부 내의 진피로 투입시킬 수 있고, 각질층이 있는 부분에서도 마이크로젯 형태의 분사를 통해 약물을 피부 내 진피로 효율적으로 투입할 수 있도록 한다.
