The present invention discloses a method of preparing an anti-coagulant agent. The method includes prepartion of residue of cow urine. The obtained residue of cow urine after distillated fresh cow urine(collected early in the morning (5.00 AM to 6.00 AM only) at a temperature ranging between 50 °C and 100°C. Thereafter, a accurately weigh about 100 gm amount of the cow urine residue is dissolved in a 200 ml of a distillated water and a 200 ml of methanol and an aqueous solution was obtained. Thereafter, a liquid-liquid extraction carried out by different organice solvents according to polarity. The extract of the extracting solvent obtained at the end of the process is final processed to obtain the anti-coagulant agent.
