The portable stride assistive device includes a main body, a light emitting member and an external cover. The main body has a rear side formed thereon a securing part, and thus the main body can be secured onto a patient through the securing part. The light emitting member is installed on the main body and close to a lock-fixing part, and the light emitting member emits straight light towards the ground. The external cover has an upper portion formed thereon a lock-fixing part, and the lock-fixing part is installed beside the main body.
