The present invention relates to a scalp positioning device, which includes a head band, a circularly enclosed belt body a first winding band linked to left and right sides of the head band, wherein the first winding band is provided with at least one first adjusting member, the first adjusting member is linked to at least one first positioning rod a second winding band linked to front and rear sides of the head band, wherein the second winding band is arranged to intersect with the first winding band, the second winding band is provided with at least one second adjusting member, the second adjusting member is linked to at least one second positioning rod. The first positioning rod and the second positioning rod contact and intersect with each other to form a positioning area. Therefore, the scalp positioning device can precisely position scalp/head by simple design, and perform auxiliary positioning of partial areas for adjustments.
