PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-microbial antistatic agent for resins, which can impart antistatic property and anti-microbial properties simultaneously.
SOLUTION: The anti-microbial antistatic agent for resins includes salts of a quaternary ammonium cation represented by formula (1) or (2), and a specific bisalkyl phosphate anion or a specific bisalkyl sulfosuccinate anion (an organic anion containing no halogen atom).
