The roasting drum is formed of a material that has a thermal conductivity of a predetermined value or more. An inner peripheral wall of roasting drum cover (121) and the part of the outer peripheral wall of the roasting drum form gap air passage (125) configured to guide the air that has been sucked by fan unit (120) into the air inlet of the roasting drum.
