PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment machine and an alignment method for food with sauce capable of easily aligning multiple pieces of the food with sauce which are adhered to each other, while individually separating them, thereby improving production efficiency.SOLUTION: An alignment machine for food with sauce according to the present invention is an alignment machine for storing multiple pieces of the food with sauce in a state of being aligned in an alignment container and includes: a guide part for guiding the food with sauce to the alignment container； and a conveyance part for supplying the food with sauce to the guide part. The guide part is located above the alignment container and includes: an opening part for passing the food with sauce to be stored in the alignment container therethrough； and a slope part for sliding down the food with sauce supplied from the conveyance part toward the opening part.
