PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging device including a wider opening.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging device comprises: an MRI body 200 that images a subject a bed on which the subject is placed and a control device that controls the MRI body 200. The MRI body 200 comprises: a static magnetic field generating device that generates a static magnetic field and a gradient magnetic field generating device that generates a gradient magnetic field. The static magnetic field generating device comprises: a coil container 234 that internally comprises superconducting coils that generate a magnetic field and a refrigerant that cools the superconducting coils magnetic materials 218 and 219 for generating a static magnetic field and a vacuum container 250 that incorporates the coil container 234 and comprises end parts for supporting the magnetic materials 218 and 219.
