PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a spout capable of preventing a cap part and a nozzle part from being broken when the nozzle part is fitted to a base member to close a filling opening.
SOLUTION: The container with the spout has a pouch 2 in which a storing part is formed, a base member 3 in which a filling opening 39 communicating with the storing part of the pouch 2 is formed and which is mounted on the pouch 2, a nozzle part 5 which is fitted on the base member 3 through a screw mechanism and can mount a feeding tube and is provided with a spout 59 communicating with the filling opening 39, and a cap part 7 for closing the spout 59 of the nozzle part 5. In this container with the spout, the nozzle part 5 can be clamped by turning the nozzle part 5 in one direction R around the axial line, and the nozzle part 5 can be released by turning the nozzle part 5 in the other direction L around the axial line. A mechanism for stopping turning of a cap for restricting that the cap part 7 turns in the direction R around the axial line is provided between the nozzle part 5 and the cap part 7.
