The present invention provides for an oral hygiene device and methods of using the device, the device comprises a body comprising an open end, a closed end and a reservoir, wherein the reservoir comprises an oral cleaner and an applicator assembly, comprising a cap removably attached to the body so that the cap ensures closure of the body and an applicator connected to the cap by an axial rod. In a further embodiment the reservoir is contained within the body and comprises an open end and a closed end coincident with the body.
