Described is a two-part, screw retained dental implant prosthesis. The dental implant prosthesis includes both a primary substructure (made of for example, titanium) and a secondary superstructure (made of for example, zirconia). The primary substructure includes a top side and a bottom side, with substructure holes passing through the primary substructure from the top side to the bottom side. The primary substructure is formed to align with and secure against a dental implant as affixed in a patient's jaw. Alternatively, the secondary superstructure is formed to be affixed with the primary substructure. Thus, the primary substructure can be affixed with the dental implant, with the secondary superstructure thereafter being affixed with the primary substructure.
