A massage device of the present invention comprises: a massage unit which is closely attached to a skin and massaging muscle by repeating contraction and relaxation actions on the skin； a vacuum pump connected to the massage unit and generating a negative pressure； a pulse solenoid valve arranged between the vacuum pump and the massage unit, and repeating opening and closing of a flow path to alternately provide a negative pressure and a positive pressure for the massage unit； a vacuum pressure adjusting valve for adjusting a vacuum pressure provided for the massage unit stage by stage according to a selection of a user； and a pulse length adjusting unit connected to the pulse solenoid valve to adjust a time when the negative pressure and the positive pressure of the pulse solenoid valve are repeatedly applied. The massage unit includes a main body connected to an air hose and a power supply cable, and an adsorption unit mounted on the main body to be separated, and having different, multiple sizes and shapes, thereby realizing a muscle massage effect to alleviate muscle pain.
