To provide an aid which allows a user to apply a paste to his/her back by himself/herself and can be used to various body types in a clean state.SOLUTION: The aid comprises two rotatable application surfaces on a paste application part, for widening a motion region, and the application surfaces are detachable for allowing use with cleanliness.
