It offers specialized flat spatula to perform activation area transcorneal previous antihypertensive operation. Technical result is achieved by the presence of elongate working portion, that allows to perform all the steps of the operation, without deforming the cornea. Bending working portion relative to the axis of the handle facilitates the surgeon administering the tool tip into the anterior chamber through the corneal paracentesis in the lower quadrant including patients with a well defined edge of the lower wall of the orbit and deep landing eyeball within the orbit. Rounded and sanded working tip of the instrument facilitates bundle tissues blunt manner. Using the proposed spatula prior to activation zone hypotensive operation greatly simplifies the implementation of the intervention equipment, it allows to achieve a sufficient hypotensive effect immediately after the operation, prevent full re glaucoma surgery, and reduces the risk of intra- and postoperative complications significantly reducing the duration of the intervention.Предлагается специализированный плоский шпатель для выполнения транскорнеальной активизации зоны предыдущей гипотензивной операции. Технический результат достигается наличием удлиненной рабочей части, что позволяет выполнить все этапы операции, не деформируя роговицу. Изгиб рабочей части по отношению к оси рукоятки облегчает хирургу введение кончика инструмента в переднюю камеру через парацентез роговицы в нижнем квадранте, в том числе и у лиц с хорошо выраженным краем нижней стенки орбиты и глубокой посадки глазного яблока в орбите. Закругленный и зашлифованный кончик рабочей части инструмента облегчает расслоение тканей тупым способом.
