A portable digital pressure algometer, according to one embodiment of the present invention, is integrally configured so as to exactly measure pressure pain and analyze and display the measured pressure pain data. The present invention relates to the portable digital pressure algometer comprising: a pressure sensing unit for outputting an electrical signal according to pressure; an A/D converter for converting an output signal of the pressure sensing unit into a digital signal; a data analysis unit for converting an output signal of the A/D converter into a value for force (kg); a data display unit for displaying an output signal of the analysis unit; and a control unit for controlling the A/D converter, the data analysis unit and the data display unit, and further comprising: a start switch; and a power-down mode control unit for changing a power unit from a sleep mode to an operation mode when the start switch is turned on, and changing the power unit from the operation mode to the sleep mode when the start switch is turned off. The data analysis unit calculates the value for force (kg) by means of formula y=Ax (wherein, y is force (kg), A is a real number greater than 1 and less than 4, and x is a voltage value which is the output signal of the A/D converter), when the output signal of the A/D converter is converted into the value for force (kg).
