PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that an action of wetting fingers with a damp cloth, a wetted sponge and the like for opening a vinyl bag may adversely affect the fingers in terms of cleanness and sanitation when the cloth or the sponge is used by multiple persons and cause abnormal odor when the cloth or the sponge is left for a long time, and it is necessary for the damp cloth or wetted sponge to be replaced properly or subjected to humidification maintenance because dryness of the damp cloth and the wetted sponge is accelerated with time if left for a long time.SOLUTION: The opener for a vinyl bag can open the vinyl bag without touching directly the vinyl bag by fingers, which has two columnar bodies having grippy outer peripheral surfaces, where the vinyl bag sandwiched between contact points of the outer peripheries of the two bodies is opened by movement of one body along the outer periphery of the other body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
