PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-reaction agent type medical lyogel forming agent from which uniform hyaluronic acid gel can be produced in-situ since the forming agent is of two-liquid reaction type and can be stored for a long term in a living body, and to provided a medical field with two-liquid reaction type hyaluronic acid gel which can be injected with a syringe without incising an organism tissue such as skin.

SOLUTION: Aqueous solution of aldehydized hyaluronic acid having a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000-300 million is defined as a first reaction liquid, and aqueous solution of amino group-containing hyaluronic acid is defined as a second reaction liquid. When the weight-average molecular weight of the amino group-containing hyaluronic acid is 100-300 million and also the first reaction liquid is mixed with the second reaction liquid, pH becomes 5.0-8.0.
