The invention is related to a rotatable ultrasonic and an ion galvanic massager. The massager is composed of two parts, the first one is a rotary part, and the other is a stationary part. An electric transmitting mechanism works as a medium of electric power transmission which transmits the electricity from the stationary part to the rotary part.
