The present invention relates to an apparatus and a system for displaying a stereoscopic image for an eyesight test. According to the present invention, the apparatus for displaying a stereoscopic image for an eyesight test comprises: a display panel to display an image for an eyesight test； a polarizing film formed above the display panel to allow linear polarized light of a specific direction in the eyesight test image displayed on the display panel to penetrate the same； and a phase difference plate which is formed above the polarizing film and includes a first area having a phase difference axis patterned in a prescribed angle with respect to the direction of the linear polarized light of light exiting the polarizing film, and a second area having a phase difference axis patterned in an angle different from the patterned phase difference axis of the first area. An image penetrating the first area is an image /2-delayed by the patterned phase difference axis of the first area and a thickness of a dispersion liquid crystal coated on the phase difference plate.
