The present invention relates to a method and a system to provide information for predicting a prognosis of cerebral amyloid angiopathy, including a step of confirming whether cerebral amyloid beta (Aβ) is accumulated or not. According to the present invention, since cerebral amyloid angiopathy is able to be classified as a phenotype distinguished depending on whether cerebral amyloid beta is accumulated or not, the present invention is capable of providing an effective prevention/treatment method targeting a neural image marker related with cerebral amyloid angiopathy.본 발명은, 뇌실질 내 아밀로이드 베타(Aβ)의 축적여부를 확인하는 단계를 포함하는, 뇌아밀로이드 혈관병증(Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy)의예후 예측을 위한 정보제공방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 뇌아밀로이드 혈관병증이 뇌실질 내 아밀로이드 베타의 축적 유무에 따라 구별되는 표현형으로 분류될 수 있음을 발견하였는 바, 뇌아밀로이드 혈관병증과 관련된 신경 영상 마커를 표적으로 하는 유효한 예방/치료방법을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
