The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a collagen film using ultraviolet light, the method comprising: a collagen solution preparing step for dissolving collagen in an acidic solution to prepare a collagen solution； a cross-linking step for irradiating ultraviolet light onto the collagen solution to physically cross-link, the collagen solution； and a drying step for naturally drying the cross-linked collagen, to a collagen film manufactured by using the method for manufacturing a collagen film using ultraviolet light, and to a biomaterial prepared using the collagen film, such as a wound dressing, an artificial eardrum patch, a dental shielding film, an artificial cornea, an artificial lens, an anti-adhesion membrane, a drug delivery preparation, and an artificial organ.
